The combination 243 - Checkers is composed of 8 domed buttons, with a diameter of 3 cm, covered in purple jersey fabric and crimson red georgette. There is a bright button made of natural iridescent ivory mother-of-pearl in the center, coming from a well-known haberdashery in Rome.
